An error occurred while creating the cluster and the nodes will be cleaned up. Please wait

Today i got this error in my home environment while i am trying to set up Windows cluster with cluster disks(shared disks). I am creating cluster with 3 nodes. I have added 3 nodes at a time and trying to create a cluster. So at this stage i got this error and it also throw another error like cleanup your nodes with power shell command. Even if you are trying to clean up it will throw error. What you have to do is add one node after another don't add all the nodes at a time. This will resolve the issue

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Execution Timeout Expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The wait operation timed out Workaround: Please run UPDATE STATISTICS command in all the tables on a particular database EXEC sp_updatestats So in my scenario UPDATE STATISTICS on all the tables resolved the issue.
